Great morning reminder that everything is built on flux and nothing remains fixed …  Easy roller –  5.2 mag earthquake about 80 miles east of Loreto. Everything in place – nothing falling from shelves – but houseplant leaves looked as if a strong wind had blown through the door. Life on the edge …

  1. Wow! I was in a little tiny earthquake once in Guatemala. When I mentioned it the next day, people laughed and told me that one didn’t even count.
    I kind of like living where we almost never have earthquakes, or at least they are so tiny they aren’t noticeable. It’s been about 130-140 years since we had one halfway considered important.
